Outside diameters include 1.00”, 1.375”, 1.50”, 1.75”, 1.90”, and 2.50”, with grooving capabilities available up to 78” in length for belt-driven applications. Standard tubing is galvanized steel, with additional material options including raw steel, stainless steel, and PVC to meet environmental and application-specific needs.
Axles are manufactured from durable C1018 steel for strength and stability. Sleeving options include urethane, vinyl, and UHMW to enhance product handling and reduce noise or wear. Coating options such as Kastalon, zinc plating, and other specialty finishes are available to improve corrosion resistance and extend service life.
