Spherical Plain Bearings

Tritan spherical plain bearings provide smooth oscillating motion, handling heavy loads and misalignment in industrial, agricultural, and construction equipment applications.



Units handle heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads at same time. Standard designs utilize carbon chromium steel-on-steel sliding surface, which is hardened, phosphated and treated with Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). Others have PTFE-lined steel outer sliding surfaces on chrome-plated balls. Units with ES suffix can be relubricated through annular grooves and oil holes in inner and/or outer rings.


Maintenance-free, low friction units capable of handling radial loads and single direction axial (thrust) loads at same time.

Roller Bearings

Tritan ball bearings are durable, precision-engineered components used in industrial applications for smooth, efficient rotational motion.


Bearings that utilize two rows of rollers operating in a common sphered outer ring raceway. Provides a self-aligning solution combining a radial bearing and thrust bearing capable of operating even if the shaft and housing are, or become, misaligned under load.


Single row bearings in inch sizes capable of handling large radial loads and axial loads in a single direction. Consists of outer ring, inner ring and roller assembly (tapered rollers within pressed steel cage). Constructed from high-quality SAE-52100 chromium bearing steel.

Mounted Ball Bearing Units

Units feature one-piece cast iron housing, solid base, wide inner ring bearing, dual heavy-duty contact-type seals, steel plate slingers on sides for dust exclusion, full self-alignment, grease fitting for adding lubricant. Set screw units have two set screws 120° apart in the inner ring. Eccentric locking collar units provide locking for one-directional applications. Triple lip seals available on request.

Used where center of main shaft requires free alignment. Features cast-iron housing, narrow or wide slot, wide inner ring bearing and dual seals. Set screw units have two set screws 120° apart in the inner ring.

  • Link plates with increased waist width to combat fatigue
  • Ball burnished to assure maximum resistance to fatigue
  • Link plates and rollers are shot peened, providing greater strength
  • All plates, rollers and pins are heat-treated
  • All chain is run in and pre-stressed to prevent initial elongation and fatigue

Agricultural Bearings

Agricultural bearing with triple lip seals and outer shroud that prevent lubrication loss and protect against moisture and abrasion. Available for round, square and hex bores.


Flange disk units with two heavy gauge pressed steel plates riveted to form a housing, and two rubber O-rings surrounding a triple lip sealed bearing. Includes four mounting holes (square and round). Units can be relubricated.
