Rod Ends

Rod ends incorporate a spherical plain bearing within a housing, allowing for angular movement and articulation in linkage and motion control systems. These components are commonly used in hydraulic systems, steering linkages, and industrial equipment where alignment adjustment and flexibility are required.

Options: Available in a wide range of configurations to meet diverse application requirements, with solutions manufactured under Solve's PTI and TRITAN brands.

Bearing materials include AISI 52100 chrome steel, stainless steel, and standard steel, providing options for strength, corrosion resistance, and durability.

Bore types are available in straight configurations to support standard shaft integration. Closure options include open and sealed designs depending on environmental conditions and maintenance preferences.

Housing materials include stainless steel and zinc-plated carbon steel, offering corrosion resistance and structural integrity. These bearings are capable of operating at temperatures up to 350°F depending on configuration.

Rod ends are available as maintenance-free, non-relubricatable, or relubricatable designs to accommodate various service requirements. A wide range of dynamic and static load ratings are available.
