Flex Couplings

Flexible couplings are designed to compensate for shaft misalignment, absorb shock loads, and reduce vibration in rotating systems. These couplings help extend equipment life and improve performance, making them ideal for pumps, compressors, conveyors, and general industrial machinery.

Options: Available in a wide range of configurations to meet diverse application requirements, with solutions from Solve's MasterDrive brand.

Manufactured from cast iron, EPDM, Hytrel, neoprene, and powdered metal, these flex couplings deliver reliable performance in demanding environments.

Bore configurations include finished bore with keyway and set screws, QD bushed, and rough stock bore designs. Multiple bushing sizes—including E, F, JA, SD, SF, SH, and SK—offer flexibility in mounting.

Additional features include a variety of flange diameters, hub diameters, and outer diameters, along with multiple sleeve constructions such as one-piece split, one-piece solid, and two-piece designs.

Flex Couplings

These couplings are designed to operate at temperatures up to 272°F depending on material selection.

Available in multiple series, including MD Flex E, H, HS, JE, JES, JN, JNS, and N element series, these couplings deliver dependable performance in vibration-sensitive applications.
