Roller Chain Sprockets

Roller chain sprockets are designed to transmit motion and power from chain drives to rotating shafts. They provide precise engagement and efficient torque transfer across a wide range of applications.

Options: Available in a wide range of configurations to meet diverse application requirements, with solutions offered under our PTI, TRITAN, B&B Manufacturing, and PRP brands. These sprockets are manufactured from high-quality carbon steel such as C1040 and C1045, as well as stainless steel and specialty materials for durability and strength. 

Bore configurations include:

  • Finished bore with keyway

  • Plain bore

  • QD bushed

  • Taper bushed

  • Spline bore 

Hub types include A-plate (no hub), B-style (hub), C-style, QD, and taper bushed configurations.
