DEI Policy

Our human capital is the most valuable asset we have. At Solve, we recognize and value the contribution that each individual brings to our workplace. A diverse ecosystem and an inclusive work environment are essential for a thriving, purpose-led innovative business that benefits our associates, customers, and investors.

We embrace and encourage differences in race/ethnicity, gender, mental and physical ability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, nationality, socio-economic status, veteran status, language, religion, ways of thinking and learning, political perspective, and other characteristics that make our employees unique. These differences are celebrated for enriching our workplace and helping us combat groupthink.

Our Approach

We are committed to:

• Fostering an inclusive and trusting workplace – an environment in which all individuals feel empowered to contribute to our success.
• Providing the necessary tools and support so our people can thrive.
• Respectful and open communication across all tiers of the organization.
• Growing outside of our comfort zone and continuously learning how to do right by our teammates and customers.
• Setting equitable frameworks and governance that limit systemic or unconscious bias.
• We are on a journey to assess, acknowledge, and dismantle inequities within our policies, systems, programs, and services. Solve’s DEI initiatives are applicable – but not limited – to our practices and policies on recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, professional development and training, promotions, and terminations.

Training and Non-Compliance

We all share the responsibility of treating others with dignity and play an important role in creating an inclusive workplace. All associates of Solve and its affiliates are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participative events. Any associate found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary action. Employees who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s policy and values should seek assistance from a leader or Human Resources.
