Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Angular contact ball bearings are designed to support combined radial and axial loads simultaneously by utilizing a contact angle between the balls and raceways. They are ideal for high-speed applications requiring precise shaft positioning, such as pumps, motors, and machine tools. These bearings are commonly used in matched pairs or sets to handle axial loads in both directions while providing enhanced stiffness, accuracy, and performance.

Options: Available in a wide range of configurations to meet diverse application requirements, with solutions manufactured under our PTI and TRITAN brands.

  • Bearing materials include high-performance AISI 52100 chrome steel and standard steel for durability and long service life.

  • Bore diameters range from 0.75 inches up to 95 mm, with round, straight bore types available.

Choose from double sealed or double shielded closures for increased protection against contaminants. Multiple lubrication options are offered, including:

  • Light oil coatings

  • NLGI #2 grease

  • Polrex EM grease

  • Specialty greases such as Raremax Super N for enhanced performance in demanding environments.

Bearings are designed to operate at maximum temperatures of 212°F, 248°F, or up to 350°F depending on configuration.
